Here's a pic of the BCTIA 2008 Technology Impact Award winners. My guy's holding his Most Promising Start-up plaque, bottom row on the left. He's next to John MacDonald (Person Of The Year), who incidentally founded the first company I worked for. Guy's having a fan-boy moment. :-)
