A (Not So) Little Piece of Computing History

In the very same week that the iPad 2 was announced, a different piece of Apple history showed up on the doorstep.

I guess my parents are cleaning out the basement. Behold my inheritance:

Back in the day, this was known as one of the first portable computers. They called it a "luggable". Because that's what you did. You lugged everything in that bag wherever you wanted to use it. I did so once for a university project. It's heavy enough to think hard about lugging it twice.

I wrote my first Pascal program on this baby. Those were the days. *sniff*

Excuse me while I go see if Dark Castle survived the bit rot.
